I sketched out this comic while sitting at a Starbucks located next to a Barnes&Noble that has another Starbucks inside. There was also another Starbucks right across the street that I could spot by simply looking straight ahead from where I was sitting.

I will never understand marketing.

Although to be fair, in Manhattan it was useful to have that many Starbucks around, because they're the only place that will certainly have a restroom.

it should be obcious i guess that canada's tim hortons is usa's starbucks. but its funny seeing the same thing happen at both places
i'm so glad i'm not in food services

Judging from past comics... you live in Cali, right?
Could this have possibly been SD? Mission Valley Mall?
Or some other mall at SD. I always mix them up. @_@
I was in a place exactly like that at some mall in san diego. =u=;
It's weird to have so many Starbucks so close together. >_>

i used to live in SD, yes that is correct, but this isn't based of anywhere in SD xD

there are many places that has a starbucks in every corner of the intersection, i wouldn't be surprised if SD has a few.

hayz i work at starbux!! lol i know we have too many but you have NO idea how busy it gets. we need one across the street to keep the lines down!! XD
